When it comes to texture, it’s important to remember that no two heads of hair are alike. While our pictures aim to give you a general idea of the available textures, variations are to be expected. From sleek to coarse, loose curls to tight curls, each piece of human hair is unique and may vary in texture and wave pattern.
Our unprocessed virgin hair comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black/Natural Dark Brown) and can be colored with permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane treatments. However, we strongly advise against any chemical changes performed by unlicensed individuals. Always seek professional advice to protect your investment and avoid potential damage to the hair.
Coloring, lifting, or dying the hair may alter its original texture, and we cannot be held responsible for any changes made to the product after purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color, as all sales are final.
Our pricing is transparent and the price listed at checkout is the only price that will be honored. Prices are subject to change, and once an order is placed, you cannot redeem any new sale prices announced after your purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to pending orders or those that have already been shipped. Bundle deal pricing cannot be added to shipped orders, as all sales are final.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, it will arrive within the timeframe you selected at checkout. Remember, all sales are final, so make sure you’re happy with your choices before finalizing your purchase.
If a product is out of stock, it will be marked as “sold out” or “unavailable” on our website. You can always email us with the item you’re interested in and your contact information. We’ll notify you when the product is back in stock, but please note that we do not hold products for clients. Our standard processing time is 24-48 hours before shipping, but this may vary during sales or holidays. Please review our shipping methods for an estimated delivery timeframe for your package. If a shipment is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Refunds will not be issued for refused or disposed packages. All sales are final.**
**DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: Chiviva Hair requires a delivery confirmation for all shipments. Customers under 21: any signature at the shipping address will be accepted. Customers 21 & over: packages must be signed by the recipient listed on the shipping details.**
**SHIPPING DELAYS: Please do not wait until the last minute to place your order, as UPS and USPS shipments may require a signature and delays can occur. We are not responsible for late shipments due to various factors.**
**FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: Incomplete or incorrect address information can cause delays. Please provide accurate information to avoid issues. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.**
**LOST SHIPMENTS: If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately for assistance with initiating a trace/investigation with UPS. No returns or refunds are permitted.**
**EXCHANGES: Requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving the product. Products must be in original, unused condition for exchanges to be processed. Exchanges are limited to two per order. No refunds will be issued, unless Chiviva is at fault. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs for exchanges.**
**INSTALLING: Shampoo and condition your virgin hair extensions before installing.**
**WASHING: Wash in warm water, do not massage or twist the hair, apply conditioner, and allow to air dry.
