What is your processing & shipping policy?

Available lengths and styles ship within 24 hours while pre-order takes 3 to 4 weeks but it can

be less . If you pre-order, after you confirm your order, there will be a processing time of no

more than 35 business days, typically less. Your order is shipped once it's ready with either

domestic or international shipping with rates as follows.


DOMESTIC

All United States domestic orders ship via United States Postal Service

3 days express- $10- Includes insurance and signature required (Order is shipped after stated

production time)

2 days express-$30 (Order is shipped after stated production time) Includes insurance and

signature required

Overnight flat rate $50 (Order is shipped after stated production time.


INTERNATIONAL

All international orders ship via DHL or UPS International Express Shipping with a 3-5 day

shipping time. International shipping rates are as follows:

Canada - $40

United Kingdom & France - $50

All Other Destinations - $60

All orders are shipped after production time


What is your exchange & refund policy?

At Chiviva , we are committed to our customers complete satisfaction. We offer exchanges for

products in original packaging (including bands & ties) and that have not been washed, brushed

or processed. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt via our Return Exchange

Form. Please complete the Return Exchange Form prior to sending back any products. Chiviva

Hair is not responsible for shipping costs relating to exchange. Customer can exchange hair and

pay for the difference in price if the new style chosen by the customer is higher in price and she

also pay for shipping fees, we don't offer any refund for hair exchanged to another style. For

approved refund, we charge 10% restocking fees for the total amount paid.


HOW LONG DOES CHIVIVA HAIR LAST AND WHAT PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE?

With proper care, our hair last more than 10 years , we have customers that have used same

hair they bought from us for more than 5 years , they always buy maybe 100g to add to what

they have when they feel it doesn't look or feel as full as they want .


Hair maintenance

(1) Wash and condition hair regularly

(2) Detangle hair from ends to root before washing

(3) Carefully wash with lukewarm water and mild shampoo, rinse thoroughly and follow with

conditioner .

(4) Gently squeeze out excess water, air dry. Style as desired. Treat as your own hair


Warning

(1) Always brush or comb from ends to root to avoid breakage

(2) Too much exposure to heat, can damage your hair

(3) Hair may tangle if general care directives are not followed properly. Remember hair, after its

cut from a donor does not receive the needed nutrients again , so it needs nutrients to maintain

its luster . Buy good hair products to nourish your hair.

HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?

If you're buying lengths under 14 inches, 2 bundles and a closure will provide a full look. If you

buy lengths 16 inches or longer, 3 bundles closure provide a full look.


CAN I COLOR/DYE THE HAIR AND IS HEAT OKAY?

Chiviva hair can be dyed, colored, blow dried, straighten but we recommend medium heat,

excessive bleaching and heat can compromise the strength of the hair and reduce its lifespan
